Spinach and Strawberry Salad
1 pound fresh spinach torn
1 cup fresh strawberried sliced
1 cup seedless grapes halved
1/4 cup crumbled crisp fried bacon
1 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1 medium onion grated
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine oil, vinegar, onion, sugar, and Worcestershire Sauce. Beat well. Pour over salad.Toss to coat

Grilled Bacon and Shrimp with Horseradish Sauce
18 Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
18 Slices Bacon
Horseradish Sauce for dipping
Mix horseradish into sour cream until desired taste.
Wrap Shrimp with Bacon secure bacon with toothpick. Grill until done. Serve on plate with some Horsradish Sauce

Grilled Poundcake Hot Fudge Sundaes
Grill six thick slices of any favorite poundcake, place in a bowl. Top with a scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream on each. Cover in Hot Fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry topping.
